Terms of service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply to molik.app, the waitlist, and the Molik service once it opens. By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Molik is run by Anish B Ghosh, Howrah, India. To contact us, use our contact form.
2. Who can use Molik
Molik is for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to act for it.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t guarantee access or a date. Features described on the site are planned and may change before launch.
4. Your account
Keep your login details safe, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You’re responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite into it.
5. Your data
The business data you put into Molik stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export it, and you can ask us to delete it when you leave. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
6. AI suggestions
Molik uses AI to propose structures, fields, and workflows. Suggestions can be wrong, so review them before you approve or rely on them. You decide what gets built.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use Molik for anything illegal, to send spam, to store data you have no right to hold, to attack or overload the service, or to copy or resell it.
8. Payments
Founding prebooks, paid plans and credit packs are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and are also subject to Dodo’s buyer terms. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Founding prebooks also follow our early access terms. Refunds follow our refund policy.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Molik available and secure, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features; if a change significantly reduces what you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you in advance.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Molik and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after giving notice where we reasonably can.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Molik is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts in Howrah, West Bengal, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.
13. Changes to these terms
We’ll update the date above when these terms change, and email you before significant changes take effect.
